Short version: Rihlah stores everything on your device. No account. No server. No tracking. Your spiritual practice is yours alone.
Rihlah is a personal spiritual companion app built for Muslims. It is developed and maintained as an independent project. You can reach us at anajwan27@gmail.com.
We collect nothing on our servers because we have no servers. All data you enter into Rihlah — prayer logs, journal entries, Quran bookmarks, challenge records, sedekah entries, wirid protocols, fasting logs, and all settings — is stored exclusively in a SQLite database on your device.
This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly export it yourself.
Rihlah makes limited, read-only network requests to the following external services:
None of these services receive your prayer logs, journal entries, or any personal practice data.
Rihlah does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no information at all. The app is safe for use by any age group.
All data lives in a SQLite file on your device. To delete all your data, uninstall the app. That's it — there is no cloud copy to request deletion of.
You can export your prayer logs, amalan data, challenge progress, and fasting records as CSV from the Profile screen at any time. The export is yours to keep, share, or analyse however you wish.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect it. We will not add data collection without clearly disclosing it here first.
